Suggested Edible Method 

Please store Chicken Essence in freezer.
How to thaw out：Firstly cut Aluminum bag at frozen state, and put the Chicken Essence into a bowl with lid, and then heat it by microwave or double boiling to 100°C. (As long as chicken essence thaw out, please finish it at once, do not store it back to the freezers.)

1. Valid period: Within 10 years

You have purchased 10 boxes of Original Chicken Essence with special price $1530 and 1 box delivery has been arranged among them.
Solution:
The regular price of 1 box of Original Chicken Essence is $170 which is below the threshold of free delivery $250 so you need to top up $10 for shipping fee.
$1530 (original payment) - $170 - $10= $1350 (refund)

Example2:
You have purchased 10 boxes of Original Chicken Essence with special price $1530 and 2 boxes delivery has been arranged one time among them.

Solution:
The regular price of 2 boxes of Original Chicken Essence is $340 which is free of delivery charge for 1 time.
$1530(original payment) - $340= $1190 (refund)
